General Improvements

• Repair chaos turrets now available separately (4 variants)
• Wider site redesign
• Troubleshoot adblock removing Gallery images because they are sourced from Instagram
• Display prices in localised currency
• Display accurate tariffs for US market
• Royal Mail does not allow me to prepay duties to Eurozone because I need to ship £20k+ with them. IOSS registration doesn’t make sense considering my volume.
• Better address validation (issue leading to delays)
  • ~20% of international customers write the incorrect address, or return packages by refusing to pay customs.
  • However, returned packages with incorrect addresses need to pay tariffs again to be sent out. It is difficult to claw back tariffs paid for the first time it was shipped because you need proof of re-export, so most companies just write this off as a loss. This is only possible for larger operations.
  • The answer is to use better address validation on checkout, but the solutions I looked into have issues of their own, require expensive subscriptions, poorly impacts site performance, or don’t solve the autofill issue.
• Update Terms of Service to make it clear customers are responsible for repeat tariffs if a shipment is returned due to incorrect address (implement better address validation to minimize the chances of this happening)
• There have been a lot of hate mail where people (erroneously) believed I had an agenda. I’ve just been burnt out for the past 5 months and didn’t want to deal with issues like here where allegedly, DHL was charging US customers 104% tariffs.
